Farm Team Lead
Lead a crew of 6–8 on a specific block of our highland farm. Daily planting, tending, harvest scheduling and team welfare. On-site housing provided.
Packhouse Supervisor
Run the day shift at our Kepong cold-chain facility. Quality checks, pack-to-spec execution, dispatch coordination and team scheduling.
Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator
Plan daily cold-chain delivery routes across Klang Valley, manage driver schedules and track cold-chain compliance across the fleet.
Farm Hand (multiple positions)
Hands-on role on our highland farm — planting, weeding, irrigation, harvest and packing. No prior farm experience required; we teach everything.
Trade Account Executive
Manage a portfolio of hotel, restaurant and retail accounts. Daily cut sheets, relationship management and new partner acquisition.
Finance & Admin Executive
Support our small head-office team on invoicing, payables, partner billing reconciliation and compliance documentation.
