Commitments we will not compromise.
Highland farming is fragile work. We treat the land as something we are borrowing — not consuming.
Build soil, not deplete it.
Cover cropping, compost teas and crop rotation keep our beds biologically alive year after year.
Drip-fed, never wasted.
Our irrigation runs on highland rainfall and recovered runoff — measured, not sprayed.
Fair work, fair pay.
Our team is paid above market and given housing, training and a stake in how the farm grows.
What sustainability means to us.
Six concrete practices we run today — not aspirations, not greenwashing.
Living soil
We feed our soil with compost, cover crops and biological amendments — not just NPK fertiliser.
Drip irrigation
All beds run on calibrated drip lines fed from collected highland rainfall and recovered runoff.
IPM, not blanket spray
Integrated pest management with beneficial insects and targeted intervention — never blanket spraying.
Crop rotation
Beds rotate through a four-family cycle — legumes, brassicas, leafy and fruiting — to protect soil and break pest cycles.
Reusable crates
Trade deliveries use returnable plastic crates with branded liners — minimising single-use packaging.
Local-first hiring
Our farm team lives within an hour's drive — fair contracts, training pathways and on-site housing where needed.
Want to see it for yourself?
We host occasional farm visits for trade partners and serious buyers — see our practices in person.
